Carlinhos Brown had given a recital in Montevideo, and on October the 31st, in the lovely outdoor theater called, "Teatro Verano." It usually starts to come to life just around this time of the year.
From Brazil, Carlinhos Brown is a singer, a percussionist, a composer as well as a producer.
He was born in the state of Bahia in the year nineteen hundred and sixty two, and he started learning to play the pandeiro then gradually came to dominate all of the percussion instruments of Afro-Brazilian culture. Simply remarkable.
