Even though we are far away from our homeland, there are times that we want to live like we are still living there and let your children experience life as you experienced it in your motherland.

This is one of the goals of the Uruguayan American School, to give your children traditional American education that you had since you were a child. This is not saying that Uruguayan education is inferior, though. It is saying that your children should still learn how is it to become an American--even though he/she is in Uruguay.
