Can someone give me more information on Pocitos. What is the average purchase price of a two bedroom unit in a Pocitos ? Do they have parking spaces, if so, how many per unit ? What are the purchase requirements to secure a unit in a Pocitos. How are they generally laid out with regard to privacy and security and common facilities for use by all occupants ?
