 Have you ever desired to move South? Not American South, silly, but Southern America. Haha. Do you get me?Well, if you know what I mean, then check out Uruguay, among others. As compared to Argentina and Brazil, Uruguay tends to be more attractive to expats because of the high value of the dollar around the place. It also boasts an economy that will surely attract anyone. Despite being generally rural, Uruguay still has a cosmopolitan feel in the form of Montevideo, the capital. Real estate prices are also cheaper--but going to this country is pricier.
