Uruguay has a very rich culture and packed with festivities that local, expats and visitors enjoy every once in a while. Like the Carnival Week which is considered as the annual national festival. The main events and activities of this "fiesta" is usually made in Montevideo along with other activities in the inner towns and cities. Each year, government and citizen partnership make it sure that the Carnival will be special and unique for each and every year
