Some of the large apartments in central areas in Montevideo are often listed as office spaces because of their size and location.
These office spaces have the styles, nice features and elegance although their somewhat large for the local residential market.
Most of the people in Montevideo prefers smaller spaces like those in the exclusive Carrasco suburbs so these office space apartment is somehow hidden from expats who would like large spaces located in central areas of the city. More on the link below.
