    Montevideo port

Montevideo is the capital city, and the largest and most important city in Uruguay. Chemicals, machinery and vehicles are among the main imports of this democratic and progressive country. This makes seaports there extremely important, so the news that the Montevideo seaport is being expanded is so transcendent. The new Pier C will be able to handle bulk cargoes, containers, and large ships and will contribute to the advancement of business and commerce in this South American country. The new pier will be ready for some time during 2011. Go, Uruguay!
