A few centuries ago, Spain invaded what is now called Uruguay and helped established what it is today. Now, however, Uruguayans are still claiming that they are being invaded again. This time, it is through the flood of investments coming from Spain.
No surprise in the case of the Spanish there. Things are getting chillier back home and people are already looking for cheaper alternatives.
