    A tour across Rio de la Plata to Uruguay will prove that tango is not solely owned by Argentina

    An article on the Washingtonpost shows why Montevideo of Uruguay is also dubbed as a tango capital where the the dance remains intimated and gloriously authentic unlike in Buenos Aires where it gone off from dinner shows and canned streets acts. Montevideo's claim to tango fame also have a reason and history dating about a-150 years ago.
