Founded by Bruno Mauricio de Zabala, between the years seventeen hundred an twenty four and seventeen hundred and twenty six, was the City of Montevideo. Facing onto the Río de la Plata, is this port city, with avenues of which are all tree-covered, as well as with quiet neighborhood streets, and even some very well kept squares and parks.

Most major cities have an epicenter and that of this would certainly have to be is the Old City. It is simply a place where the past and the present, coexist.
