Montevideo, the capital of Uruguay in which roughly half of the country's population reside, is relatively unpopular among tourists living outside South America as compared to its neighboring capitals.

I sincerely hope that Montevideo, and the whole of Uruguay remains as "relatively unpopular" as possible for the sake of all Uruguayans!!!!
