The Latin America has been taken for granted by Northern America for so long, until the emergence of leftists leaders on these countries. The image of the United States of America is considered to be double standard by these neglected countries. They patronize other Northern American influence but hates the US government's intervention or meddling. Former US President Bush was not very popular both in and out of the country he lead and as the change in leadership this January draws near.
